History

This course is self-directed and includes four units and an exam task (5 Assessment Credits).

In our history courses, you will get to select the basic details about a character who will be generated just for you. Based on your story and interests, you:

Daily Tasks

1. Research a relevant, self-selected question from the list of research questions below
2. Analyze your source in a Media Log and identify how your research would have been relevant in your character’s life
3. Write a multiple choice quiz question that identifies a major idea or connection to your topic

End of Unit Tasks

Over the course of each unit, you also:

1. Propose an Artefact: an object that represents the “essence” of the period studied in the unit
2. Teach your friends and family about what you’re learning in Tutorials
3. Expand and refine the AI generated story into something that is truly yours in Your Masterpiece

Exam

In your Exam Task, you fill in the remaining years between the end of the Media Logs and the present day.
